So another vinyl review.
This time is Evanscence’s debut album Fallen.
I really love this album and the version I got is this smokey transparent color vinyl from Walmart. Yea I know but an album is an album.
My favorite songs from this album gotta be (Not including Bring Me To life) are Going Under, Taking over me, and Whisper. Beautiful gothic metal sounding music.
It’s a shame how Amy Lee was treated by forcing the nu metal sound into the music because of how the landscape of woman in music was around the early 2000s but I admit that without the nu metal sound we wouldn’t have such an iconic song.
Just a beautiful album that I can listen to. With the opera sounding voice of Amy Lee is beautiful and soothing.
